You may not use VibeSynk for any illegal activities, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content. Automated scraping or use of robots/spiders on our platform is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

VibeSynk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. VibeSynk and its parent company, PhorionAI, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or any changes in third-party social media policies.
